Steps to ordering a Greenheart Kitchen

Initial consultation with a sales designer:

Call us to arrange an initial chat, to discuss your new project and to look first hand at our available kitchen ranges and workmanship. We can meet at your home or our workshop in Biggleswade.

The main aim of this meeting is for you to express your kitchen preferences and to decide what your kitchen should include. A plan of your room using dimensions taken / provided will be created using our advance kitchen design software, and a first draft design will give an “estimation” on cost.

Formulate your ideas into your dream kitchen design:

If you are happy to proceed your dedicated designer will then go into much more detail on your kitchen plans. At this stage we ask for an initial commissioning deposit of £1000. We will then draw up a full detailed design for you based on your feedback. Photo real images and full drawings will then be provided.

Final meeting to confirm all details of the design:

When you are completely happy with the kitchen design, a 50% deposit will be required to book your full technical site survey to double check the dimensions of the space and the design logistics. Materials will then be ordered to allow work to commence.

Delivery & Installation:

We understand that having a new kitchen installed can cause a great deal of upheaval in the family home so we try to give you a delivery/installation date as soon as possible. One week before this date an invoice for 40% will be sent through which once received will allow delivery to be confirmed. Installation usually commences the same day. The final 10% will be invoiced once a customer satisfaction report has been completed.

NB: Our fitters do not have full project capability, ie gas & electrical installation, but this is something we can arrange via a third party.
